When Joes Autoparks needed their parking lots free and clear of graffiti, Pratt Facilities Services Jumped into action. We designed them a customer cleaning plan and schedule to fit their needs.
In just 12 months over 5,000 individual pieces of graffiti have been removed from their buildings in down town LA. Atm’s, glass windows , bollards, elevators and signs are all cleared from graffiti on a monthly basis. Not to mention the millions of square feet of wall space. We also pressure wash their stair wells and remove human waste. All while sanitizing and deodorizing high traffic areas. A noticeable seasonal reduction in graffiti was observed, when taggers see their names and graffiti pieces are getting painted over they move on. Over time, wall and glass graffiti was reduced by 70% in 12 months. Now graffiti on their properties is getting smaller and smaller and has hit the control phase.
